The
house is warm and friendly, and keeps many of its original
features. There are two guest bedrooms. A twin bedded room
overlooking the garden with its mature trees. The double room
overlooks a colourful herbaceous garden, and across fields.
Both rooms have washbasins and central heating.
There
is a beautiful bathroom with good shower - we did not want to
spoil the bedrooms with 'en-suite' facilities. The loo is
separate and interesting!
If
you want to book either room with private bath, you can,
except for holiday weekends.
The
Costwold stone walled garden is 1/3 acre, and you are welcome
to explore. We open the garden, with others in the village,
for the National Gardens Scheme, in early May.
We
love having families to stay. We have indoor and outdoor
games, a recreation ground across the road with swings and
slides, etc and plenty of local attractions for young people.
Beechcroft
is a small establishment where we seek to cater for your
personal comforts, so that you can relax and enjoy a quiet
holiday in peaceful surroundings.
